How to get yourself a plot in Ujenzi Land Investment fForum Kenya ltd.

1. Call us, visit our social media accounts or visit either of our offices to enquire about the pieces of plots.

2. You are taken through our map to help you understand the plot locations by our sale team.

3. If you are in either of our office, you are taken to the plot location to help you see our plots and their neighborhood.
while on the plots location,you choose the one you feel suits you and a call is made at our HQ to reserve the plot for you.

4. When the plot is booked for you, you are given a chance to state how many days between 3-5 working days to commit yourself by paying for the plot.

5. Once you pay the minimum amount deposit tagged for the plot, you get two critical documents.

1. Letter of offer
2. Sales agreement 
3. An ujenzi receipt 

N.B ... once you commit yourself by paying for the plot, the land is yours and you are free to start developing it even if you haven't paid the full amount expected.

6. If you are paying in installments , you are given a pay schedule with the number of months that will you will agree with the sales person serving you.

7. On completion of paying your full amount, you get a completion certificate which contains all your details and details of the plot you purchased. if the title is ready, it is handed to you.
